Field Service Technician

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch with the eventual On-Call Rotation.
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each client’s location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Troubleshooting, Installation, Configuration
• Must live near zip code 94945. Territory will cover Santa Rosa to Napa/Fairfield area.
• Must have good admin and organizational skills.
• This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network. Printer and Wide-Format Printer Experience Preferred.
• Transition rate upon full time hire to client will be $23.50 for qualified technicians.
• Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
• A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
