Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Experience in Foreign exchange primer brokerage, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Supporting the operational set up of all new clients for the FXPB workflow, overseeing the static data set up, execution of legal and on boarding documents, internal readiness reviews, and other ad hoc tasks associated with the operational set up of a client.
- Coordinating the on-boarding of a new client, by establishing relationships with various internal departments and attending client meetings to build the relationship and requirement gathering.
- Monitoring responsibilities of tasks by other areas and ensuring completeness of the on-boarding process.
- Monitoring and overseeing various daily reconciliations
- Monitoring and ensuring accurate trade capture
Managing relationships with clients, banks and third-party platforms in order to solve trade discrepancies - Management of Trade life cycle events for FXPB, such as Option exercises and NDF fixings.
- Invoicing of clients
- Reviewing and maintaining procedures to ensure they are kept up to date with processes.
- Monitoring internal control checks and rectifying breaches that present risk to our franchise.
- Ad-hoc project work related to internal controls, MIS reporting, process improvements, and client specific reporting requirements or integration enhancements.
- Central point of contact for both BAU and Relationship Management for clients. Attend client meetings where necessary and build client profile to enhance client relationship and bring efficiencies and opportunities to the relationship.
- Coordinate and execute FXPB testing. This will involve static data set up, creation of testing scenarios, facilitate client position reporting, margin reporting and other ad hoc issues in the front to back workflow.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other internal partners such as Relationship Management, Legal, Sales, Trading, Middle Office, Collateral teams, IT, Risk, and Back Office to identify business requirements and provide appropriate operational support and client service.
- Delivers small-scale projects or well-defined tasks on major projects to improve operational support to the business
- Recommends improvements where appropriate in line with best practice.
- Deliver the implementation of new system functionalities and focus on IT deliveries required for bug fixing or system enhancements
