Pay Range: $25 - $28.45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as part of a multidisciplinary team designed to provide services from a holistic, trauma informed, clinical and values-based perspective.
• Leads the team of multi-discipline professionals in the development and recertification of treatment plans, ISPs, goal setting, and overall treatment objectives for each client on case load.
• Responsible for organizing the input from therapists, case managers, funder assigned advocate, program specialists, behavior specialists, direct support staff, program management, medical assessments, psychological assessments and any other input into a treatment plan with measurable goals, objectives and outcomes.
• Provides support to program management in assessing crisis intervention when needed from a trauma informed perspective.
• Participates in quality improvement and training activities for the purpose of compliance and program excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Counseling, Social work, Mental Health Therapy .
• Master's Degree .
• Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW).
• Two years' experience required. Working conditions.
• This position is set in an office environment.
• While performing the duties of the job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach.
• Must be willing to perform all job-related travel associated with this position.
• Medium: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
