Pay Range: $55k - $80k/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Healthcare, Registered Nurse, Med-Surg RN.
• 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience.
• IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED HOWEVER, THEY WOULD BE OPEN FOR LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
• Current BLS required.
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred.
