Workday FINS Administrator
Job ID: 25-74546
Pay Range: $60 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and maintenance activities.
- Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Provide vision and oversight to departmental operations and initiatives related to Workday.
- Evaluate current system configuration and respond to requests or inquiries on system capabilities.
- Identify areas of improvement. Recommend, develop, and configure system solutions. Test new functionality and ensure successful implementation of new and improved solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and system testing to ensure functionality and security are working as expected/designed. Create detailed test plans, define various scenarios and execute test plans. Coordinates user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements. Implement best practices accordingly.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of FINs/Workday experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting, Workday Security, Workday Business Process Framework and Workday Adaptive Planning
- Experience implementing and/or optimizing the use of Workday Adaptive Planning, including collaborating and coordinating best practices with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Workday certification(s) are a plus.
