Business System Analyst

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and Clientize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Chorus, AWD, Chorus BPM, Blue Prism .
• BA role, replacement role, no technical assessments required
• Candidates in Colorado Springs, CO will also work but that will also be hybrid.
• Tenured team on AWD, they have 3 engineers as well in the team
• This person will be working on the business side.
• They provide Configuration change in the platform
• Exp with Chorus or AWD with 1 years minimum ("Chorus BPM" refers to SS&C)
• Business side should also be very tenured
• Requirement gathering, documentation etc
• No SQL exp required, no programming language required.
