Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Apply deep knowledge of LTL freight operations, Logistics and supply chain processes.
- Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve logistics performance and reduce costs.
- Validate the test results by QA and the Solution as per Business Requirement, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution, Design & Documentation, User Training, UAT, Go-Live Support are part of the activities
- Skills-Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Less-than-Truckload (LTL)
- Proven experience managing project backlogs, writing & managing user stories using Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Scrum framework and agile ceremonies.
- Familiarity with SDLC including requirement analysis, definition, and testing phases.
- Functional & technical expertise in logistics systems and applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process modelling, and documentation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies & SDLC.
- Ability to plan project scope, direct teams, and assess stakeholder inputs.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools & skills.
