Pay Range: $70 - $77/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Own and prioritize the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead Agile ceremonies and partner with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Break down complex business needs into clear, testable user stories
• Ensure deliverables meet business goals, quality standards, and timelines
• Drive enhancements and maintenance of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio) solutions
• Support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and quoting/sales workflows
• Collaborate on Experience Cloud / digital portals for internal users and partners
• Ensure seamless integration across CRM, sales, and operational systems
• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, and delivery progress clearly
• Lead product demos and gather stakeholder feedback
• Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4–8+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CRM)
• Vlocity / OmniStudio / Salesforce Industries
• Hands-on Agile experience:
• Backlog management
• User stories & acceptance criteria
• Sprint planning & delivery
• Experience with CPQ or Quote-to-Cash processes
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Experience with:
• Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Salesforce CPQ / Industries CPQ
• Healthcare / HealthTech experience
• Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.)
