AP Vendor Management Analyst

Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service for client while processing vendor updates while ensuring SOX compliance is maintained.
  • Vendor establishment.
  • Vendor maintenance.
  • Responsible for obtaining appropriate tax forms (W8/W9).
  • Responsible for SOX controls (bank fraud controls/payment term reviews).
  • Clears suspended transactions.
  • Coordinate special projects.
  • Ensure excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Performs a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.
  • Timely research and resolution of vendor inquiries regarding vendor setup/update.
  • Work to achieve department goals/deadlines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: 2-3 years accounts payable experience (especially Vendor Maintenance).
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization and our customers.
  • Prior SAP experience preferred. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and share responsibilities within team environment.
  • Computer experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Must be self-starter, self-motivated.
  • Must have excellent attendance record.
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Accounting or finance experience of 3-5 years required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
