Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of end-to-end system flow documentation and customer journey mapping.
- Identify and analyze potential fraud vectors and risk exposure across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and fraud detection/operations to design secure and resilient system/application architectures.
- Develop state diagrams and threat models to visualize and mitigate risk scenarios.
- Stay current with emerging fraud trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic input on security architecture and risk mitigation best practices.
- Key Skills: Risk Analysis
- Fraud prevention
- financial services regulatory framework (PCI, DSS)
- A bachelor’s degree in a technology field required (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Process Engineering). Master’s degree would be a strong plus.
- 7+ years in security architecture, risk analysis, or fraud prevention.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and threat modelling techniques.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and identifying fraud touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge and/or experience in modern system/platform architecture techniques and system integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (e.g., Client, PCI-DSS, SEC) is a plus .
