Key Responsibilities:
- Support property and asset management operations among all sectors within Nuveen Real Estate Americas.
- Collaborate within the team to on and offboard investments.
- Work with the team to create an organized document repository system.
- Assist with updates to NRE policies and procedures.
- Monitor requirements for key risk areas are completed fully and on time.
- Assist with contact management and communication protocols with third party property management firms.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Asset Management, Accounting, Legal and various shared service groups within Nuveen.
- Identifies increased efficiencies and organization within real estate processes.
- Liaison between marketing and NRE to ensure communication strategy is effectively executed.
- Key Skills: property and asset management ,Real Estate ,Investment .
- University (Degree) Preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work.
