Key Responsibilities:
- Key Skills:Healthcare, Call Center, Typing.
- Mon-Fri 8-4:30 during training but need to be available/flexible to work between the hours of 7am-7:30pm PST once out of training.
- Must be available to work Holidays, if needed.
- Inbound call center taking a high volume of calls from Medi-Cal members.
- Assist with changing doctors.
- Assist with requests of new id card, address changes.
- Checking status of prior authorizations, must be able to de-escalate, file grievances for members.
- Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year.
- High volume call center.
- Must have High speed internet.
- Quiet workspace at home to take calls.
- GOOD ATTENDANCE -cannot miss more than 8 hours of training.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts. After the third failed attempt, we will terminate.
- 6 months-1 year call center exp.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong computer skills.
