Pay Range: $65 - $66.68/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include participating in definition and validation of a business-critical process and the associated critical data elements (CDEs) that support them.
• Business Metadata Management.
• Define data quality rules and standards.
• Enterprise Metadata Repository / Metadata Catalogue.
• Data Privacy, Security, Retention and Archiving.
• Data Sharing, Access Control and Data Transfer.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; "Metadata Management”, “Data Steward”, “Data Privacy, “Security”
• Equivalent combination of advanced education and related experience, which could include any combination 5 years of experience managing business processes or experience in technical-related decisions on the business side1.
• Communications skills, including, negotiation/facilitation/presentation skills
• Knowledge of current and emerging application software products and tools
• Project management experience
• Analytical and architectural skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of internal client relationships
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, Information Technology or related
• Knowledge of Data and Analytics including emerging trends
• Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence in financial institutions
• Banking or financial services experience
