- Key Skills;Director, Sales, Training, Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical .
- Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience
- Masters' Degree and Ten Years’ Experience
- PhD and Eight Years’ Experience.
- Poses the ability to establish credibility as an expert in Leadership Training and Development
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling training to large audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and align stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to lead collaborative and creative problem-solving and overcome resistance or barriers.
- Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
