About the Role

The Client Money team is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Contractor to support our Payments business. We are currently unifying our data landscape to support both outbound and inbound sales motions for existing and net-new clients.

We are looking for a data expert to accelerate our transition to a consolidated reporting framework. You will work alongside our internal Data Science team to refresh our data infrastructure, migrate legacy reporting, and build a robust "source of truth" visualization suite in Qlik.

As a BI and Data Integration Analyst for the Sales Analytics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, relevant, and accurate data is regularly processed, analyzed, and made available to analysts and sales leaders. It involves creating and maintaining a wide array of data-related business processes and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

Qlik Dashboard Build

• Develop a consolidated Qlik dashboard for Payments business performance, starting with self-service capability and evolving into standardized fixed views for key audiences
• Implement KPI definitions, filtering, drill-downs, and performance optimizations for speed and usability

• Apply best practices for Qlik app structure, data modeling, and reload strategies

Data Unification & Refresh (Reuse + Rework Existing Pipelines)

• Assess and reuse existing data pipelines powering current dashboards; rework them as needed to ensure alignment to analytics sources of truth
• Expand pipelines to include additional data points required for sales motions (inbound/outbound), client segments, and performance insights
• Support SQL/ETL work (joins, transformations, validation, data quality checks) to ensure reliable refreshes

Interim Reporting Support (As Needed)

• Make targeted updates to existing dashboards (e.g., Tableau) during the transition period prior to full Qlik consolidation

Documentation & Collaboration

• Document data sources, transformations, metric logic, and dashboard usage notes
• Collaborate in an iterative delivery model: participate in requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder check-in

• Deep Qlik Expertise: Proven experience developing complex dashboards and visualization solutions within Qlik (Qlik Sense/QlikView). You must be comfortable building for both self-service users and fixed reporting
• Strong SQL & Data Manipulation: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries. You must be able to modify existing code, debug queries, and handle data transformation/ETL tasks independently
• Data Visualization Best Practices: A strong eye for UX/UI in dashboards. You know how to tell a story with data, not just display numbers
• Speed & Agility: Ability to jump into an existing codebase, understand the logic quickly, and start contributing immediately with minimal hand-holding
• Tableau Experience: Ability to navigate and update Tableau dashboards is strongly preferred to support the transition phase
• Salesforce / CRM Analytics: Familiarity with Salesforce data structures or CRM Analytics (CRMA) is a plus
• Sales Operations Knowledge: Experience working with sales data (leads, opportunities, pipeline, revenue) or fintech/payments data is a plus
