Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor neurological status and patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based critical care nursing
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Support mentorship and professional development within the care team
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Critical care or ICU nursing experience preferred
• Experience managing neurological or high-acuity patients preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
