Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Troubleshooting, Installation, Configuration .
- Shift is M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch. Must live near zip code 94945. Territory will cover Santa Rosa to Napa/Fairfield area.
- Must have good admin and organizational skills.
- This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network.
- Transition rate upon full time hire to Client will be $23.50 for qualified technicians.
- Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Technician will travel to each client’s location
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
- Works under general supervision.
- Local Travel required for daily dispatch, Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, Must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
- A+ certification required within 6 months of hire.
