Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Data Management, Legal Management, Knowledge Management.
- 5+ years in legal process and knowledge management, or a similar role within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience; work toward advanced studies/ degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and processes.
- Expertise in knowledge management systems, specifically iManage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with legal teams.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, LexisNexis)..
- Familiarity with computer technology, including internet applications, computer research tools and word processing applications (iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint) and database management.
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
