Pay Range: $35- $38/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for a System Administrator/Portfolio Analyst to hit the ground running.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new system features and create desktop procedures/trainings around these features.
• Managing systems and software solutions.
• User Management in tools, data management, Data Visualization.
• Financial concepts - does not need to be majorly in depth, but from a portfolio
• Managed configuration management - lots of reporting
• Manages tooling around (enterprise strategy) high level enterprise investments.
• Planning and modulation models in plain view
• Problem solving - day to day. Consultative- 1 on 1 work with stakeholders in the tool, good at jumping in during meeting and understanding problem that are faced with and coming up with solutions.

 Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Wave or Planview, Power BI, Systems Administration
• Prior experience with tools (WAVE or Shibumi or Planview - project/portfolio tools)
• Data Management/Understanding Data Systems/Manage Data Sets
• Financials within EXCEL (Solid Excel Skills Needed)
• Experience managing systems and software solutions. Prior experience with system administration around the portfolio and project management tooling.
• Power BI/Data Visualization
