Key Responsibilities:
- Working Hours: Training (2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting with assistance) M-F
- 8am-4:30pm CST virtual CAMERA ON – No time off
- M-F8:00AM – 4:30 CST
- M-F 8:15AM – 4:45 CST
- M-F 8:30AM – 5:00 CST
- Camera on during all meetings with team
- Member services handle about 10 calls on a daily basis.
- When not handling calls they will be working on learning modules for conversion to provider class with much higher volume of calls.
- May be pulled to assist with special projects, includes member or provide outreach. Educating members on updating information.
- Serves as the first-line advocate that focuses on resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers. Leverages a variety of communication channels to provide members and/or providers with timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints.
- Answer calls to assist member/provider with resolving inquiries
- Meet/Exceed Metrics for Quality, AHT, DSAT, CSAT, Conformance, Performance.
- Key Skills; Call center experience
- Good typing speed
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities/ technical proficiency
- High School diploma or GED
- Years of experience required: 1 year
- Needs professional environment (ON CAMERA), no children, must STAY on camera during training.
- Insurance.
- Customer Service oriented/communication skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities/ technical proficiency.
- Compliance and attention to detail / adaptability / time management.
