Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce workflows, automations, and validation rules to streamline business processes.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flow automations for optimized system functionality.
- Work on API integrations (REST and other APIs) to connect Salesforce with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams for reporting using tools like Etrack Plus and Power BI.
- Support ongoing Salesforce development projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend system enhancements.
- Skills-Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Experience in developing Microsites in Salesforce, Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs.
- Proven Salesforce development experience with active Salesforce certification(s).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with API integrations and automation frameworks within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Java or similar programming languages preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI and MuleSoft is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Science required.
- Master’s degree in IT, Data, or Computer Science preferred.
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting clean energy, sustainability, or utility sector projects.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
