Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Equipment Availability: Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime
- Promote Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain High Quality Standards: Follow quality procedures and demonstrate attention to detail in all work
- Support Preventive Maintenance: Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
- Efficient Problem Solving: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities that enhance quality, safety, and productivity
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and support teams to ensure smooth operations

- Skills-Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
- Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
