Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison for benefit-related tickets from Customer Service, Operations, Claims, Sales, Appeals, and Executive teams
- Review and resolve benefit incidents across Fully Insured and Self-Funded plans
- Ensure timely resolution per SLAs
- Research client, product, and benefit setup across systems (FOS, CSIW, Health Rules Payor, Product Configurator)
- Provide clear, customer-appropriate written responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on benefit rules and setup
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years related experience
- 4 years health insurance claims processing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office
