Key Responsibilities:
- Shift timing : 8 am – 5 pm; Monday-Friday (No OT required)
- Follow up on escalations log.
- Reach out to QPAs for needed documents.
- Find addresses that were duplicated so it can be corrected.
- Work with Am and QPAs to correct data inconsistencies.
- Create database of W9s and corrected information.
- Write up process for writing off payments.
- Managing invoice tracking .
- Payments made and payments written off (clearing the queue) .
- There will be a list given that needs to be reviewed and completed .
- Key Skills:Process writing & invoicing skills .
- Communication Skills
- Process writing skills
- Organization skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED .
- Software Skills Required: Excel, Teams, Outlook .
- IT Training .
- Welcome Call .
- Walk through of resources needed to complete assignments .
