Registered Nurse - LTAC
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse - LTAC. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Warm Spring, GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments each shift and develop individualized care plans for medically complex, long-term acute patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies—including wound care, respiratory support, and complex IV infusions—per provider orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, recognizing and responding to changes in status, and promptly communicating concerns to the interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform and document daily nursing interventions accurately, including vital signs, progress notes, patient education, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation staff, and case management to support patient recovery and safe discharge planning.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (or eNLC, if applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, LTAC, med-surg, step-down, or ICU; facility may consider strong new graduates depending on patient acuity.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS required due to high-acuity patient population.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of complex medical conditions, ventilator/trach care, wound management, and IV therapy.
- Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
