Pay Range: $20 -$21/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills: - [ “Field Service",  "Desktop Support”, “Laptop & Desktop Repair", "Printer Support", "Break/Fix”, “Hardware Troubleshooting", "End-User Support"]
• Is this position remote or in person? In person customer facing
• Candidate will be working mainly in Manhattan.
• Must have ability to walk several blocks and be familiar with NY Transit system.
• Candidate must have excellent customer service skills with outgoing personality.
• experience troubleshooting network cables and repairing them, knowledge to use a hand drill on different types of media, ability to climb a ladder, experience hanging TVs or like devices on walls, experience working on restaurant POS systems.
• A vehicle is not necessary but if they have one, they can be utilized outside of Manhattan occasionally.
• (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 9a to 6p with flexible hours as well. OT – Yes / Afterhours - Yes
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 5  
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A and Network preferred (or 5 years of relevant experience)
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $24
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? None, tech will be walking in Manhattan
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Candidates should be in one of the NYC boroughs that has NY Transit
• What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? New York, NY 10019
• How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? Immediately
