Key Responsibilities:

• Location: This is hybrid role & candidate needs to be located at any of these locations to be considered (Alpharetta, GA OR Oakland/Rancho Cordova, CA)

• Looking for hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management and Benefits
• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud OTL & Payroll Modules and all Techno Functional components of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL & Benefits along with Core HR
• Candidate should also have experience in working with Fast Formula, HCM extracts and BI reports.
• Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI.
• End-End accountability and ownership of projects deliverables
