Tech Operations and Reporting Analyst

Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of a dynamic technology delivery team, focusing on facilitating key routines and deliverable creation, tracking critical activities and projects, developing operations and performance reporting solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve process to ensure a more efficient operating environment.
  • Manage established operating routines, ensuring objectives are achieved and timelines met. Define and implement new operating routines to drive efficiency, as needed.
  • Establish clear management routines/cadence to facilitate business process and gather, review, organize, analyze data and information to produce critical reporting on a recurring basis. Identify enterprise data and local information sources to capture/source and integrate into reporting solutions.
  • Track and report ongoing progress against team goals, objectives, KPIs, and performance targets and to develop actionable insights for team
  • Develop and maintain presentations and update current documentation regarding various projects/initiatives, processes, and operations critical to team success
  • Establish recurring communication and operating routines necessary to progress key initiatives, deliver against defined objectives, and report status/progress and other critical information
  • Document current business process and identify opportunities for improvement/efficiency
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes, including documentation, testing and validation
  • Develop and maintain team SharePoint and other information-sharing and collaboration resources, including maintaining document archives for ongoing reference/audit trail
  • Gather and organize plan detail and evidence associated with issue remediation planning and execution
  • Collaborate with technology delivery team members, project managers, and cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key skills; Financial Services and/or Payments Technology experience  
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PPT skills
  • Business process mapping and procedural documentation experience
  • Experience with audit and compliance activities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (samples helpful) relationship
  • Strong relationship-management and team-building skills
  • Financial Services and/or Payments Technology experience desired
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PPT skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy
  • Proactive, persistent, self-starter who does well with occasional ambiguity
  • Business process mapping and procedural documentation experience
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data information
  • Experience with audit and compliance activities
  • Advanced Executive Presentation Skills
  • Advanced PPT and Excel Skills
  • Advanced SharePoint Skills
  • Major Responsibilities
  • Leverage advanced data analysis, acquisition, and integration skills to define and develop detailed performance and operations reporting solutions leveraging advanced tools (advanced business intelligence tools, data visualization tools, and other available reporting software) to provide efficient and real-time access to critical operational and performance data/information, and to simplify and standardize the reporting process for mission critical operational and performance information for Embedded Finance and Payment Services
  • Identify enterprise data sources to capture/source and integrate into reporting solutions
  • Establish clear routines/cadence to gather, review, organize, analyze data and produce critical reporting on a recurring basis
  • Report regular, ongoing progress against team goals, objectives, KPIs, and performance targets and to develop actionable insights for team
  • Develop and maintain current documentation regarding various projects/initiatives, processes, and operations critical to team success

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Expert Excel, Tableau Advanced Power BI, and the ability to integrate data via APIs into consolidated, dynamic, real-time reporting is a NON - NEGOTIABLE
  • Document current business process and identify opportunities for improvement/efficiency
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes, including documentation, testing and validation.
  • Develop and maintain team SharePoint and other information-sharing and collaboration resources, including maintaining document archives for ongoing reference/audit trail
  • Gather and organize plan detail and evidence associated with issue remediation planning and execution
  • Collaborate with technology delivery team members, project managers, and cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Advanced Degree in Data Science; Financial Services and Technology experience desired
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Advanced formulas Building and applying advanced formulas (e.g. SUMPRODUCT, INDIRECT, INDEX MATCH), Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization, PivotTables, Macros
  • Advanced SharePoint, Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Tableau, Advanced Power BI, experience with latest reporting technology
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy
  • Proactive, persistent, self-starter who does well with occasional ambiguity
  • Business process mapping and procedural documentation experience
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data
  • Experience with audit and compliance activities.
