Senior Voice Engineer
Immediate need for a talented Senior Voice Engineer. This is a 24+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston TX (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $65 - $69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Telephony Carrier Trunking and Porting .
- Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Trunking and Configurations .
- Genesys Cloud Trunking Configurations .
- 10+ years of enterprise level voice platform deployment and integration experience.
- Subject matter expertise for voice trunking technology and configurations utilizing telephony carriers, Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Genesys Cloud, and Oracle Client/SRE platforms is required.
- Demonstrates expertise in IP networking technology and practices as it relates to voice services.
- Demonstrates expert level experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Project).
- Demonstrates the ability to formally present technical material related to design governance boards and executives with the appropriate level of detail depending upon audience.
- Developing self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, continuously learning and sharing knowledge.
- Comfortable with vendor interaction to deliver on project initiatives.
- Demonstrates tactical ownership for project delivery of assigned workstream areas.
- Applies standards consistently during planning and deployment across all solutions.
- Demonstrates strategic foresight while employing hands-on technical skills on projects and work assignments.
- Demonstrates ability to develop, organize and analyze performance metrics in their given function.
- Demonstrates ability to develop, communicate and educate on standard operating procedures within their given function.
- Delivers by possessing productivity, professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail; ability to multitask; strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and ability to take direction from multiple areas.
