Administrative Assistant senior Representative

Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant senior Representative. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bloomington, MN (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $26 - $28/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages tasks that are assigned to the NOA Requests Outlook mailbox and NOA TruCare queue.
  • Manages incoming calls through the switchboard from customer, providers, and others, to route them correctly to the appropriate call teams.
  • Processes daily system-letter printing and prepares manual letters for the mailroom.
  • Sorts incoming Behavioral Operations mail and packages.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
  •  Participates in various meetings to keep abreast of changes affecting the administrative staff.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Admin Assistant, Health Insurance, MS Office Products.
  • High school education or equivalent, plus one - two years of business school or related training preferred.
  •  Administrative skill level gained from at least three years’ experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  •  Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  •  Possesses the ability to learn new applications efficiently to process work tasks.
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities; detailed oriented.
  •  Requires ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and apply judgment in interactions with internal staff and external staff. 
  • Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
