Key Responsibilities:
- Manages tasks that are assigned to the NOA Requests Outlook mailbox and NOA TruCare queue.
- Manages incoming calls through the switchboard from customer, providers, and others, to route them correctly to the appropriate call teams.
- Processes daily system-letter printing and prepares manual letters for the mailroom.
- Sorts incoming Behavioral Operations mail and packages.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Participates in various meetings to keep abreast of changes affecting the administrative staff.
- Skills-Admin Assistant, Health Insurance, MS Office Products.
- High school education or equivalent, plus one - two years of business school or related training preferred.
- Administrative skill level gained from at least three years’ experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Possesses the ability to learn new applications efficiently to process work tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities; detailed oriented.
- Requires ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and apply judgment in interactions with internal staff and external staff.
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
