Key Responsibilities:
- Curate digital learning content from enterprise libraries, vendors, and internal sources to support GLLD and divisional learning initiatives.
- Apply metadata, tagging, and taxonomy standards to ensure content discoverability and accuracy.
- Assist with design updates and content enhancements to meet brand, accessibility, and learning experience standards.
- Support SharePoint content management for GLLD program resources and documentation.
- Partner with Learning Experience Managers, designers, and program teams to support content and design needs across multiple projects.
- Provide flexible support for evolving digital learning initiatives and content-related requests.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Experience curating and organizing digital learning content across multiple modalities.
- Familiarity with basic instructional design principles and digital content standards.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrates developing capability and alignment with GLLD organizational values.
