Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments.
• Conduct data analysis to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
• Interact with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Support business operations by documenting processes, tracking deliverables, and maintaining KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting and analytics needs within assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Work independently and collaboratively to manage invoice and data analysis activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports aligned with business KPIs and deliverables.
  Performance Metrics.
• Accuracy and timeliness of invoice reconciliation and reporting.
• Achievement of KPIs related to deliverables and process efficiency.
• Consistent communication and collaboration with internal and external partners

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Financial Reporting, Data Analysis and Power bi  
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or finance/cost accounting.
• Proven experience using Excel (advanced level), Power Query, and Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
