Pay Range: $60 - $67/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a Generative AI Engineer who will assist in the design and scaling of our next-generation Document AI platform for the financial industry.
• Provide solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), ensuring performance, compliance, and auditability in a highly regulated environment.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector DBs, and rerankers.
• Drive model risk management: explainability, audit trails, evaluation pipelines.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical docs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver safe, scalable AI.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Python, GenAI, RAG, ML, NLP
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, vector search (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, Elastic Search ).Strong in Python (FastAPI, LangChain,).
• Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOps.
• Strong communication skills.
