Marketing Assistant II

Immediate need for a talented Marketing Assistant II. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Morristown, NJ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to activate screening in prioritized populations
  • Partner with other functions to develop and deploy messaging campaigns intended to activate people-at-risk to screen
  • Execute screening activation programs with urgency to meet aggressive screening forecasts
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., with CGM, pump, telemedicine companies) in collaboration with business development and legal team
  • Develop business cases and gain organizational buy-in for investments to activate screening
  • Collaborate with the Global Patient Health Strategy Lead to provide a positive experience for people activated to screen
  • Define KPIs to measure activation of people-at-risk towards screening.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Marketing/Communications, content creation, Campaign.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Marketing/Communications or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience working with external advertising partners, conducting market research, analyzing market data tied to a product or service, and developing marketing campaigns/content creation.
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • A solution-oriented leader, creative thinker and team player who has a passion for driving change/impact
  • Self-starter with proven project management experience and prioritization skills
  • Advanced presentation and software skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Canva).
  • Languages: English required, other additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
