Contracts Coordinator

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain spreadsheets and collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data for daily and monthly reports.
• Maintain and report on the Health Plan(s) compliance with contract submission rules and exception requests and communicate to Manager on a monthly basis.
• Support the contract submission process to ensure confirmation with corporate standards by the Health Plan(s), provide support to the Contract Case Conferences and ensure that appropriate internal controls are established to account for and secure hardcopy or scanned images of contracts.
• Maintain and update on a routine basis the contract organization’s databases.
• Produce reports, as requested.
• Coordinate the Corporate-wide data verification process for contracted providers.
• Update the contract organization’s databases, as necessary.
• Interface with the credentialing staff to ensure all Health Plan data systems are congruent.
• Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects
• Individual work, there are team chats.
• Peer to peer assistance, team chat and team leads to assist.
• Monthly one on ones.
• Schedule is flexible depending on the time slot they chose to work.
• Enrollment data, credentialing, follow ups.
• They will receive a file of enrolments to complete, and they will be task to finish within the. allotted amount of time.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Credential experience.
• Data Entry.
• Provider Data Management.
• High School diploma, GED.
