Pay Range: $130000 - $140000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department Associates.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. 
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and talent development; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 
  • Oversee the daily administration and support of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP), ensuring seamless functionality and addressing any system issues or user queries. 
  • Lead and manage HCM systems projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Analyze system performance and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and alignment with HR business objectives. 
  • Build, develop, and cultivate direct reports as well as the overall team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. 
  • Work closely with HR business partners, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system requirements are met. Act as the primary point of contact for all HCM system-related matters.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the HCM systems. Develop and manage reporting tools for HR metrics and analytics, supporting decision-making processes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for HR staff and other system users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure effective use of HCM systems.
  • Ensure HCM systems adhere to data security standards, privacy regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for system updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing support services.
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key skills; SAP HCM Systems, must have admin experience
