Project Analyst

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of capital projects across multiple business functions
• Analyze project data related to cost, schedule, scope, and performance
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and field personnel
• Assist with documentation, approvals, and workflow tracking
• Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Travel to field sites as needed to gain hands-on project exposure

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Project Management, Capital Projects, Cost, Budgeting, Forecasting, Oil And Gas
• Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA preferred
• 1–5 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polished professional presence with ability to interact at all levels
• Strong work ethic; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Dallas four days per week
• Education or experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Capital Projects
• Strong interest in pursuing a career path in capital projects
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or project coordination
• Ability and desire to be mentored and coached
