Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle for IT categories including hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business needs and cost optimization goals.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and contract terms.
• Negotiate, review, and manage a variety of agreements including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract amendments.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Generate and present regular procurement reports, including spend analysis, savings achieved, and vendor performance metrics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; IT Procurement, IT Hardware, Telecom Services, SAP Ariba
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with deep expertise in IT procurement (including hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services).
• Proficient in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred).
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, supplier negotiation, and category management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Experience in managing IT procurement for large organizations or across multiple geographies.
• Specific experience with IT hardware, telecom services, and IT professional services procurement.
• Procurement experience within large or global organizations.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor IT sourcing initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Relevant certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are highly desirable.
