Solution Center Representative.
Immediate need for a talented Solution Center Representative. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Grandview Heights, Colombus Ohio (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Financial Representative – New Business Advisory
- Hybrid role supporting the New Business Advisory team with pending transfer applications.
- Responsibilities include making outbound follow-up calls for transfer status updates, responding to basic customer emails, uploading documentation into processing systems, and answering internal chat inquiries.
- Additional workflow tasks may be assigned as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Customer service
- Customer support
- High School diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask across multiple systems, attention to detail, and technical proficiency are essential.
