Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end VoC intake by consolidating feedback from multiple platforms into a centralized system.
- Standardize, categorize, and prioritize customer issues to support Product and Engineering workflows.
- Track issues from intake through resolution while managing ownership, timelines, and dependencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Implement workflow automation and tools to streamline tracking, reporting, and visibility.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Track key metrics such as resolution cycle time, customer sentiment, and program impact to drive improvements.
- Skills-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations in a technology environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with workflow automation and tools such as Slack, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Experience building dashboards or program tracking frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial or SaaS-based products and working with enterprise customers.
