Intapp Senior Consultant

Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Intapp Walls Management:Design, configure, and manage Intapp Walls for data security and compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies for information governance and ethical walls.
  • Monitor and audit wall compliance, addressing any breaches or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Intapp Collaboration & Content (C&C) Platform:Configure, and implement Intapp C&C to manage content sources for full lifecycle visibility and collaboration.
  • Set up user access and permissions to match project requirements for documents and content.
  • Design and configure Intapp Documents to work with Intapp C&C Platform.
  • Design and configure Intapp Workspaces to for user collaboration.
  • SharePoint Administration:Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of SharePoint environments.
  • Develop SharePoint solutions to enhance collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.
  • Manage site collections, permissions, and user access.
  • Ensure SharePoint aligns with organizational standards and integrates with other enterprise systems.
  • Project Management:Lead projects involving the implementation and upgrade of Intapp Walls, Intapp C&C and SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Technical Support and Training:Provide advanced technical support for Intapp Walls, Intapp C&C and SharePoint users.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Intapp Walls, Intapp C&C and SharePoint technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices to optimize the performance and reliability of both platforms.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Intapp, Intapp walls, Collaboration and content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience working with Intapp Walls and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of Intapp Walls configuration, management, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Intapp C&C platform.
  • Experience with Intapp Documents.
  • Experience with Intapp Workspaces.
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint, including site collection administration, workflow development, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong understanding of information governance, data security, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Intapp Walls and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience with other Intapp products and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SharePoint and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to data security.
