Key Responsibilities:
- Develop response for various risk and audit issues.
- Develop overall action plan development process and workflow for various severity of issues.
- Develop detailed action plans for issues identified through various channels, such as Operations, Risk and Audit.
- Develop detailed project plans based on action plans and execute them when necessary.
- Represent operations team to various approval committees and senior management and secure approvals.
- Understanding of implementation of payment technology and controls is a must.
