Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• NOTE: Candidate needs to be local to Alpharetta, GA area to be consider – this requires 3 days onsite work every week.

• Interpersonal skills - talking to a lot of people of levels and functions and speak up in the big meetings and voice your opinion, presentation skill.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field.
• Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values.
• Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools.
• Must possess strong data analysis & data modelling skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (i.e. SQL, Excel, etc.).
• Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners.
• Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies.
• Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should have 10 years of Technical Business Analysis in Brokerage field
• 5-7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management
• JIRA experience.
• Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers
• LEADERSHIP:Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions.
• Influences through others; builds direct and behind the scenes support for ideas.
• Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
• Shares knowledge, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.
• Have a mindset and inclination to teach and grow the talent. Seed cloud mindset and skills in the organization.
