Pay Range: $27/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.  

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Healthcare License, Benefits, billing.
• Training Schedule: Determined at team level, generally Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (4 weeks) .
• Operational hours: 7 days/ week during OE. 8am – 10pm EST. Sundays are typically only on key dates.
