Pay Range: $40 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a fast-paced Clinical Decision/Observation Unit.
• Perform the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care through effective partnerships with an interdisciplinary team, keeping the patient's goals central to the plan.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor, supporting the growth and retention of a qualified healthcare workforce.
• Uphold evidence-based practice and participate in performance improvement initiatives to achieve best-practice outcomes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Registered Nurse (RN), RN Acute Care, RN Clinical Decision Unit, RN CDU, RN Observation, BLS
• Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of RN experience is required. Direct patient care experience is preferred.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Schedule: Part-time, Weekend Option. Shift is 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent time management, and decisive emergency response abilities. Must have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
