Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Network System Engineer /Business Analyst , OSS/BSS , Telecom OSS , Networking .
- We are looking for experienced System engineers / Business Analysts who have proven experience in Telecom Network OSS, preferably in Network Inventory space to help drive transformation projects with our top telecom clients.
- At least 8 years of experience working on Enterprise Software implementations with a minimum of 5 years in the Telecom (wireline or wireless).
- Understanding of telecom processes - Network Planning and Engineering process, Network Optimization and Network Operation, Process flows for Fiber Networks, Provisioning and activation.
- Experience managing and documenting business requirements for Systems Implementation through EPICS, Features & User Stories.
- Manage Interface agreements and Application Interface Documentation according to the org standards.
- Experience with Standard telco inventory packages- Granite, Amdocs Cramer, TIRKS or others is a big plus.
- Good to have exposure in solution designing OSS Inventory Solution (Network Planning, Network inventory, Discovery and Reconciliation, Network configuration)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data relationships, technical concept and ability to collaborate well with technical and non-technical staff
- Maintain effective business/project relationships with operations and delivery teams ensuring all requirements in data area from the Business Units are met.
