Data Analyst

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines across PostgreSQL, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Work on Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced data manipulation.
• Manage and optimize data workflows in AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Document data processes, models, and workflows for scalability and clarity.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Python, SQL, AWS
• Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, and BigQuery).
• Experience with Databricks as a data analytics platform.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Good understanding of AWS services related to data storage and processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
