Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Scrum, Digital Process Automation, Pega .
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Overall 10+ years of experience and exposure of digital process automation
• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences
• End to end project experience
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills
• Lead the process of gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystems software.
