Pay Range: $30– $35/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts research and development activities for an organization.
• Applies research theories, principles, and models when conducting experiments and research activities.
• Responsible for summarizing research results and communicating findings to internal and external bodies.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Typically reports to top management.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks. 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or aviation mechanical, Industrial Engineering .
• 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
